Simple Life Pattern Company is growing!
YES!!!!! I am so happy to tell you some amazing news! Since the launch in February, I have been working like crazy, trying to bring you amazing, high quality patterns. Along with creating patterns, I have been trying to keep up with all the social media sites. I am a mother to 4 gorgeous little girls and as of lately, it has been hard to juggle it all. Don’t worry, I will still be around here and there! I decided to reach out to my fans for some help with marketing and managing all the social media posts. It was so amazing to go through all the applications but there was one person that caught my attention. I like to have a personal connection to those I work with and I felt me and Kimberlee just “clicked”. I have big plans for SLPco and I am so happy to have her here to help with all those plans! Okay, I wont make you wait any longer!!!! I would like to introduce you to the amazing Kimberlee Franklin!
Hi!! I’m Kimberlee, wifey to my best friend, Matt, and mother to my precious daughter, Brylee. I was born in Fort Myers, Florida but lived most of my grade school years in the (SUPER) small town of Greenville, Alabama. I attended the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!!) where I graduated with a undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Sports Management. That’s where I met my amazing, ridiculously smart, handsome husband. We got engaged after 11 months of dating and married 6 months later. Fast forward 11 months to April Fool’s Day 2013 when we found out we were pregnant. Two months before we had Brylee, Matt accepted a job in the greater Toronto area. So yes, at 7 months pregnant, we packed up Brylee’s beautiful nursery and our first home to move to Canada. Crazy!
Our lives were forever more wonderful when we welcomed our little dual citizen, sweet Brylee girl. Now 16 months old, she is energetic, super outgoing, always smiling and brilliant like her Daddy 🙂 She gets her energetic and outgoing personality from me.
Together as a family we enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, board games (I can rock some Battleship and Yahtzee!), and bike riding. We are also really involved in our church and actively minister and do life with the Junior High kids. We love them so!
For me personally, I enjoy sewing, shopping (especially for fabric!), smocking, baking, meeting new people, swimming, pedicures and planning trips to Disney World! (Disney freak alert!)
