25 Days of Christmas – Day 19 Mila

Day 19 of 25 Days of Christmas with Simple Life Pattern Company and Art Gallery Fabrics brings a sweet Mila dress adorned with snowflakes.  Mila is a classic dress featuring tulip sleeves, a notched front bodice, and zipper back. You can also add extra detail with a banded skirt and large bow back.

For this Mila dress I pulled out all the stops and added as much detail as possible. I used a beautiful snowflake illustration fabric with a coordinating sparkle print. Since there is so much contrast in color between the main and coordinating fabrics, the dress really seams to shine.

Also, that Mila bow. It is big and bold and absolutely gorgeous. A must have for any party dress. I love adding the Mila bow to any of the SLPco patterns for more drama.

Today’s recipe is much different from the other recipes I’ve shared. This savory recipe is sure to become a family favorite. We LOVE this Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese  and make it often. I typically leave off the crumb topping. To make this dish even more yummy, try baking it in a smoker for even more smoke flavor.
