Laguna’s double flutter top and dress is the cutest spring and summer dress. Loaded with options (because thats what we do), makes this a very versatile pattern for all occasions. Have a favorite fabric collection? Showcase it in the panel skirt option. There is an option for side pockets on the skirt as well, making it perfect for those little girls who love to collect treasures. For a super fast sew, do a simple skirt or only add the side skirt panels with pockets to showcase a few prints. The straps can be simple or you can add a flutter or even a double flutter. This pattern buttons or snaps in the back, making it a slightly fitted bodice.
