This gorgeous dress is loaded with options and perfect details. Featuring a modest scooped V front and 3 straps on each shoulder, it is a perfect summer dress. Choose between simple skirt (for both dress and maxi versions) or you can choose to do the horizonal pleats at the bottom to really add some detail to the skirt portion (both dress and maxi versions). You can add trims to the pleats to make them stand out more. This dress also features side seam pockets, perfect for all those little treasures kids collect. The bodice is fitted and has one button (or snap) in the back. If you are looking for a fun and fast sew, opt for the full simple version, you will have one whipped up in no time.

This is a flattering pattern that comes with a range of sizes and options. I am very happy with how it has turned out. A suggestion is that a few more reference marks on the pattern piece for skirt/bodice alignment would have allowed much quick even distribution of the skirt gathering.
