Pattern Release: Megan and Mia
With its twirly skirt, big side bow and wrap front, Megan is a perfect dress or top for all your summer outings! You will love the easy construction and very detailed instructions (and pictures for us visual learners!). This pattern is great for an advanced beginner. Megan fits sizes 2t to size 12. It includes layered pattern pieces (blog post coming soon to explain this!), cutting chart, fabric requirement chart, size chart, and finished measurement chart.
Let’s talk about the options! Megan comes with instructions and pattern pieces to make the top or dress with a circle skirt or a gathered skirt. For closing the Megan, you can choose to do a single exposed button, a double exposed button or a side tie closure (who doesn’t love a big bow?!). Woven cottons, chambray, linen, velour, brocades or any light to medium weight fabric will be perfect for this pattern.
Maxi dresses are all the rage and that is just one of the options with the Mia’s Tieback pattern. It comes with cutting charts and pattern pieces to make Mia into a knee-length dress and top too! This pattern fits sizes 2t to 12 and is perfect for a beginner. It includes layered pattern pieces, cutting chart, fabric requirement chart, size chart, and finished measurement chart.
If you have lots of fabric scraps, this pattern is for you! With the tiered skirt option, you can use different fabrics for each tier (or even use two fabrics on a single tier!). If you like a simple style skirt, that is an option included in this pattern as well!
I big squishy heart love the back of this dress!! Two triangle panels that tie in the middle of the back make this dress swoon worthy!
