Now that Autumn is coming up really fast (at least for us here in North Dakota), I wanted to do a little showcase of all the patterns we offer that include sleeves. YAY! I will keep each one brief because I have a lot of fun patterns to show you, but please read the listing descriptions for full details.
First up, we have the Patricia’s Boho Top & Dress. designed for woven but is super fabulous in knit as well. So many features including a dramatic high low ruffle hem and bell sleeves.
A customer favorite is the Isla’s infinity Top & Dress because it is so packed full of options, you can create many looks with just one pattern. Curved high low bodice, straight bodice or drop waist bodice. Circle or gathered skirt in top or dress lengths. Many fun cut out’s for the back (see the “files” section in the FB Fan Group for a free download of many different designs).
One of the most popular woven patterns is the Ayda’s V back Peplum Top & Dress. This pattern now includes the sleeve add on pattern and is such a quick sew. Ayda’s is available in doll – womens sizes! many sleeve lengths and you can choose between a modest (slightly more back coverage) or V back, circle or gathered skirts. This pattern is designed for woven fabrics.
They Ayda pattern is also available in a knit version as well! The Knit Ayda V back Peplum Top & Dress. The bodice must be made with a knit fabric, the skirt however can be woven or knit.
Next up we have a stunner! The Emma’s Herringbone Top, Dress & Maxi. Once again, this pattern is packed full of options. Here are a few versions. I love how you can do either a full back or a strappy back. Those cap sleeves are just adorable too!
Do you love a good shift dress? I sure do. The Taylor’s Shift top & dress features and adorable back that ties. Many sleeve lengths and it is also an empire waist style bodice with gathered skirt pattern! Many looks in one pattern (we LOVE options here at SLPco).
The Jane Romper and Dress pattern is a great year round pattern for all ages. This dress only features cap sleeves but I still had to include it on the list. Perfect for back to school too!
Looking for a super easy and fast sew? Love knit patterns? The very popular Adelyn’s scoop back top and dress would be a perfect fit. Great for year round, many gorgeous features such as the scoop back (2 depths), optional tie back, circle or gathered skirt. The bodice and sleeves must be knit but the skirt can be knit or woven.
We love a good scoop back dress here in the Skoog home. One of my favorites to sew up right now is the Sophie’s Scoop / V back top and dress. This dress has the cutest cap sleeves (and other sleeve lengths) and I love the ruffle hem on this pattern. It also has the option for a super cute ruffle neckline and faux sash. So many options to choose from!
The Brenda’s Bow Back Top & Dress is perfect for so many occasions! Very popular around Christmas time because of the adorable little bows that go down the slightly open strappy back. Dress it up or down, either way, this pattern will make a little girl happy!
